Key Responsibilities

• Sell new vehicles while achieving monthly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

• Follow up on dealership-generated leads promptly and professionally.

• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.

• Prepare quotations and negotiate sales within dealership guidelines.

• Assist customers with finance applications and vehicle trade-ins.

• Ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately.

• Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all vehicles and promotions.

• Deliver excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.

• Build a strong referral network to generate additional business.

• Stay up to date with market trends and competitor activity.
